This Privacy Policy explains how Fore Excel Pvt. Ltd. (“Fore Excel”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use this website to reserve XREAL AURA, contact us, or sign in to track an order. It should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.

2.1. Information you provide directly
When you reserve XREAL AURA, we collect your first and last name, company name (if provided), mobile number, email address, and billing and shipping addresses. If you contact us or submit an enquiry, we collect the name, email, and message you provide.
2.2. Sign-in and order tracking
To let you check your reservation status, we send a one-time verification code to your email address and issue a secure session so you stay signed in. We do not use passwords for customer accounts.
2.3. Payment information
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or netbanking credentials — these are handled directly by Razorpay under its own privacy and security terms. We retain the payment reference and status needed to confirm and service your reservation.
2.4. Automatically collected information
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (such as pages viewed and general usage patterns), and to measure the outcome of completed reservations. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies; you can control or disable these through your browser settings.
3. How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- Process and confirm your reservation and, at launch, your final purchase
- Send transactional emails — sign-in codes, reservation confirmation, launch notifications, and shipping updates
- Provide customer support and respond to enquiries
- Coordinate delivery and after-sales warranty service in India
- Understand site usage and improve the reservation experience
- Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
4. Who we share information with
We share information only where necessary to provide the service:
- Razorpay, to process your payment
- XREAL, Inc., where required to coordinate device fulfilment or manufacturer warranty service
- Google Analytics, for aggregate site usage measurement
- Courier and logistics partners, to deliver your device once launched
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data retention
We retain reservation and order information for as long as needed to fulfil your order, provide warranty support, and meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections and access-controlled databases — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
