XREAL AURA — India Pre-Order Reservation
Terms and Conditions

1. About this reservation
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the reservation of XREAL AURA (“Product”) through the website operated by Fore Excel Pvt. Ltd. (“Fore Excel”, “we”, “us”), the authorised channel partner for XREAL AURA in India. By submitting a reservation and payment, you (“you”, “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
XREAL AURA is manufactured by XREAL, Inc. Fore Excel is responsible for the India reservation process, payment collection, order fulfilment coordination, and customer support described below. References to “XREAL” in these Terms are to XREAL, Inc. and its trademarks, used with permission.
2. Reservation and eligibility
2.1. Limited units — first come, first served
XREAL AURA reservations for India are available in limited quantity. Units are allocated strictly in the order reservations are successfully paid for and confirmed. Submitting the reservation form alone does not guarantee allocation — allocation is confirmed only on successful payment.
2.2. Sold-out units
Once the available reservation quota is exhausted, the reservation portal will stop accepting new orders. Fore Excel may, at its discretion, open a waitlist for customers to be notified if further allocation becomes available.
2.3. Eligibility
Reservations may only be made by individuals aged 18 years or older, or by organisations through an authorised representative, with a valid delivery address in India. Fore Excel reserves the right to cancel any reservation it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, duplicate, or made in violation of these Terms.
3. Pricing and payment
3.1. Reservation amount
The reservation amount payable today is ₹4,999, which is credited as ₹9,999 (inclusive of a ₹5,000 launch credit) toward your final purchase price at launch.
3.2. Final price to be confirmed
The final retail price of XREAL AURA in India is currently estimated between ₹1,35,000 and ₹1,45,000. This is an indicative range only. The final price, product configuration, and applicable taxes will be confirmed by Fore Excel once XREAL AURA officially launches in India, and will be communicated to all reservation holders before the balance amount is collected.
3.3. Balance payment
The balance amount (final confirmed price less your ₹9,999 credit) becomes payable at the time your final order is confirmed, prior to dispatch. Fore Excel will notify you of the exact balance due and the payment window.
3.4. Payment methods
Payments are processed through Fore Excel's designated payment gateway and may be made via UPI, debit/credit card, or netbanking, in Indian Rupees (INR) only. Fore Excel does not store your card or banking credentials; these are handled by the payment gateway partner.
4. Cancellation and refunds
4.1. Reservation amount is non-refundable on cancellation
The ₹4,999 reservation amount is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your reservation. By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept this non-refundable nature of the reservation amount.
4.2. Cancellation by Fore Excel
If Fore Excel is unable to fulfil your reservation for reasons within its control (for example, discontinuation of the India launch), the full reservation amount will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
4.3. Order errors
If you believe a payment was charged in error or duplicated, contact sales@foreexcel.com within 7 days of the transaction for review.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery timeline
Once XREAL AURA officially launches and your final order is confirmed and paid in full, the Product will be delivered to your registered address within 30 days, subject to courier serviceability, customs clearance, and stock availability.
5.2. Delays
While Fore Excel will make reasonable efforts to meet the 30-day delivery window, delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside Fore Excel's control, including but not limited to customs, logistics disruptions, or force majeure events (see Clause 9). You will be kept informed of any material delay.
5.3. Shipping address
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Fore Excel is not liable for delivery failure or delay caused by incorrect address details provided by you.
6. Warranty
6.1. Standard warranty
XREAL AURA units sold through Fore Excel are covered under XREAL's standard manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects, for the warranty period applicable to the India retail unit as specified at the time of delivery.
6.2. Exclusions — water and physical damage
The warranty does not cover damage caused by water, liquid exposure, or moisture ingress, nor physical damage including but not limited to drops, impacts, cracked lenses or frames, or unauthorised repair or modification. Such damage will be assessed and, where repair is possible, quoted separately as a chargeable service.
6.3. Warranty claims
Warranty claims must be raised through sales@foreexcel.com with proof of purchase. Fore Excel will guide you through XREAL's applicable service process for India.
7. Product information
7.1. Specifications subject to change
Product images, specifications, and features described on the reservation page reflect XREAL AURA as announced globally and are subject to change before the official India launch, including due to regional certification or configuration requirements.
7.2. Regulatory compliance
XREAL AURA units sold in India will comply with applicable Indian import and telecom/wireless equipment regulations prior to dispatch.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fore Excel's aggregate liability arising from your reservation and these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Fore Excel. Fore Excel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Force majeure
Fore Excel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, government action, import or customs restriction, pandemic, or disruption to XREAL's global supply chain.
10. Privacy and data use
Personal information collected during reservation (name, phone number, email, city, and related details) is used to process your reservation, communicate order and launch updates, and provide support, in accordance with Fore Excel's Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Your information will not be sold to third parties.
11. Intellectual property
XREAL, the XREAL logo, and AURA are trademarks of XREAL, Inc., used on this page with permission as part of Fore Excel's authorised India reservation programme. All other content on this page is the property of Fore Excel Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise credited.
12. Terms Amendments
Fore Excel may update these Terms from time to time, particularly as final India pricing, launch date, and configuration are confirmed. Material changes will be notified to reservation holders by email. Continued participation in the reservation programme after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and grievance redressal
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
